OM-08: Uton - Radio Olio Metaphysica! double-CDR

first disc recorded in july/august 2007, collecting sounds and tunes together with experimental new methods. from small no-fi dada sounds to space-ambient atmospheres to acoustic pseudojazz to psychedelic moonshine to screaming guitar feedback to violin scratches & new/now age hum. second disc, The Book of Beginnigs, is mostly recorded early 2006, and shows the another deep-drone-dream-realm of Uton. few tracks with J.Koho (from Kulkija, Free Players, Tulasi etc.), and also some help from Vanessa Rossetto (Mighty Acts of God, Pulga etc.), Brad Rose (the North Sea etc.), Maxime Primault (Enfer Boreal) and Magnus Olsen (Elektronavn). comes in beautiful silkscreened clothe-sleeves and small booklet. OM-19: Vapaa - Live in Faces CDR 5 euros

Recorded in Faces Ethno-Folk Festivals, August 2008. Vapaa played 5 gigs in the streets (in a street-music contest!), and this recording is from the last gig. Here's two saxophones, some toys, percussions, bells & some wild screamy vocals. almost 30 minutes of freak-folk ritual music. Edition of 40 copies. few copies left

this one is originally released on limited edition (100 copies) split CDR with brittish Jazzfinger by swedish label Mallard Lake, year 2004. this mp3 release includes all the 4 tracks from that split PLUS two bonus tracks from the same recording sessions. it's recorded in Tampere, Finland 2004.

originally released on CDR by Uton's Haamumaa label, edition of 70 copies, 2003. recordings by Uton with his small cousins from the North-Karelia. meeting in the South Finland and improvising some rattle & fun & scary ambience.

Jani Hirvonen aka Uton aka Dio Daga improvising here with electric guitar without extra effects... just old radio/tape-recorder as an amplifier. not really like "playing guitar", more like diving inside to it. originally released on CDR by Uton's Haamumaa early 2003, edition of 50 copies.

this is a project by Uton and spiritual-navigator Miijja, recorded spring-summer 2006 in Tampere (rose garden studio) & Vesilahti (the crown of mother earth), Finland. experimental grooves & psychedelic free improv jamming, some tribal drums and chanting in the wind.

yes! apna is back! these recordings are recorded at summer 2006 in Monninkylä, Finland. Uton plays with his young cousin Anniina (who have been the root force in this group), and spiritual collaborator Miijja. stories from the hidden self. primitive folk.

OM-25: HANDMADE BY THE BAND deleted

another collaboration between Uton & Miijja, now with Kulkija! Recorded just before Uton's first tour & flight to U.K., early summer 2006. improvised forest-folk ambience made using only acoustic instruments. recorded in the Crown of Mother Earth, in beautiful country-side of Vesilahti, Finland.

sorry but OM-23,24,25 is now deleted, it's been actually loong time now. the server deleted the files after 1 month from uploading. so - this will be not downloadable anymore. but, someday mp3-cdr album is coming out and these will be included. but when we don't know. if you want to help releasing this, please contact. so, things may roll faster. anyway, even these free mp3-download links were not working for a long while, I didn't receive any comments about non-working links, so I quess there was not really any people interested of donwloading these - or then people are just too lazy to send e-mails.
