Taivaan Joka Kolossa

Taivaan Joka Kolossa (“In Every Corner of the Sky”) is the earliest Uton record, first issued on Clay Records in 2001 and later carried in the OMSHA catalogue as OM-10. It marks the starting point of Jani Hirvonen’s decade-long run as Uton, and the template for much of what followed: long-form, drifting drone with a distinctly transcendental cast. Because it began life on Clay Records before the OMSHA line existed, its OM-10 number is a later re-cataloguing rather than an original one.
